Pixie is a voice-controlled AI assistant for Windows. The Free tier provides general Windows control features. The Pro tier (paid subscription) additionally unlocks Unreal Engine 5 integration features. Pixie relies on Google's Gemini Live API and requires an active internet connection at all times.
Upon successful payment, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Pixie Pro on one (1) computer, for the duration of your plan (monthly or yearly), subject to these Terms. Your license key is bound to a hardware identifier of your device.
Pixie Pro does not offer a free trial period. All sales are final unless required otherwise by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction. If you experience a technical issue preventing you from using the product, contact support before requesting a refund — we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue first.
If you need to move your license to a new computer (e.g. after a hardware upgrade or OS reinstall), contact support with your license key and purchase email — we will reset your hardware binding.
Pixie is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, as functionality depends on third-party services (Google Gemini API, Unreal Engine, your operating system). We are not liable for any data loss, project corruption, or other damages arising from use of the App — always keep backups of your Unreal Engine projects before using automated editing features.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Pixie after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
